Aston Villa has been struggling since the restart of Premier League and failed to win a single game.
Villa have taken only 2 points out of 18 from their last 6 games and this added to the misery of their fans. Supporters have been demanding the board to sack Dean Smith but according to him, his players are giving their best.
He revealed that he rarely returns home in-between games which are being played every other day now.
He said, “My dog. He keeps wagging his tail at me every time I go home.”
“Although I don’t feel like I’ve been at home too often. I’ve been in situations like this before and I’ve been out of it the other side.”
“I won’t lose sight of what’s brought us to football in July and not having supporters here. There’s a bigger picture out there.”
“Aston Villa is my life at the moment and my family’s life and we will be doing everything that we can to stay in the League.”
With Watford and West Ham getting points from their games it is necessary for Villians to win their remaining games to keep relegation fight in their own hands.
