Aston Villa will host Leeds United in Premier League on Friday night and the former Villa player Gabby Agbonlahor is confident that the hosts will beat them.
Aston Villa is the only team in Premier League with a perfect start so far and they will look to extend this run against their rivals on Friday.
“Leeds are a myth, (now) maybe all the pundits will get out of Bielsa’s a***”, Gabby Agbonlahor tweeted shortly after Wolves defeated Leeds United at the Ellan Road on Monday night.
He was asked to elaborate his tweet in an interview on talkSport, he said, “I watched them last night and this season and they look like a team of hard workers.”
“They are probably the fittest team in the league. They’re organised but going forward, they lack a bit on the wings and strikers. Teams will find them out a bit. If you can work as hard as Leeds, I think you’ll beat them on quality.”
“If we’re getting that excited for Bielsa then we must be putting the red carpet down for Dean Smith. Maybe because he’s English we don’t get too excited about him but what he’s doing tactics wise with Aston Villa, he deserves a lot of credit for.”
“I feel like people need to calm down with Leeds United at the moment.”
Villa will play their fifth game of the season on Friday night against Leeds United.
